THE THREE COMPONENTS OF COMMUNICATION

Every day we work with individuals who have distinctive assessments, values, convictions, and needs than our own. Our capability to trade plans with others, comprehend others' points of view, tackle issues and effectively use the steps and courses of action displayed in this preparation will depend altogether on how adequately we have the capacity to speak with others.

The demonstration of conveying includes verbal, nonverbal, and paraverbal segments. The verbal segment alludes to the substance of our message‚ the decision and course of action of our words. The nonverbal part alludes to the message we send through our non-verbal communication. The paraverbal segment alludes to how we say what we say - the tone, pacing and volume of our voices.

So as to impart successfully, we must utilize each of the three parts to do two things:

1. Send clear, brief messages.

2. Hear and rightly comprehend messages somebody is sending to us.

Correspondence Involves Three Components:

1. Verbal Messages - the words we pick

2. Paraverbal Messages - how we say the words

3. Nonverbal Messages - our non-verbal communication

These Three Components Are Used To:
